Krzysztof Konieczny – Chef of the Galion Restaurant begun his career between 2003-2005 in a three star hotel. From 2009 to 2012 he started working as a Sous-Chef in a restaurant specializing in Mediterranean. Japanese and Thai cuisine. This is when he first took part in a prestigious culinary competition Primerba Cup.
In a short time he became the Chef of Galion Restaurant, beginning the creation of a new quality of catering services and varied menu.
